About Kingston Plantation Villas

Kingston Plantation Villas and Condos, nestled on the north end of Myrtle Beach on the Grand Strand, are set in a wooded area on the shore of a fresh water lake. Centrally located near many of the area's attractions, best golf courses and just a short walk to the beach, these one, two or three bedroom units are perfect for golfers who want the best of both worlds; the convenience of being close the action of the Grand Strand, with resort amenities close by, and the privacy of a villa or condo. Each unit has a spacious living room, full kitchen equipped to meet all your needs and a balcony offering either a view of the woods or the lake. Villa and condo guests can enjoy nearby amenities including nine swimming pools, Splash! water park and the 50,000 sq. ft. Sport and Health Club, all part of a complex of Kingston Resort Hotels.

    Kingston Plantation Villas Restrictions & Fees

    A mandatory resort fee of $35 plus tax per villa per night will be added to your reservation upon booking and includes: -Internet access and daily use of the resort amenities. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

    A self-parking fee of $11.99 + tax per vehicle per night or a valet parking fee of $20 + tax per vehicle per night will be collected directly at the resort. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
